It is necessary to introduce a rule that the Kazakh language is taken into account in the test conducted during admission to the civil service. Deputy Samat Musabaev said about this at the general session of the Mazhilis, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"Today's urgent problem is the state of the Kazakh language in the field of public service. Despite its high status established by law, it is no secret that our mother tongue remains an official language in the field of public service. According to the order No. 40 of February 21, 2017 of the Chairman of the Public Service Affairs and Anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the rules of the competition for the position of public administration, it is written that "to pass the test for knowledge of the state language of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the value is not determined." Therefore, this means that there is no need for the Kazakh language in the test to be submitted during the transition to public service", said Samat Musabaev, who sent a parliamentary question to the head of the State Service Agency.
For example, according to his data, a certain limit of 130 questions included in 9 normative legal acts is indicated in the "B" corps entrance exam.
And the goal of passing from the Kazakh language is not defined. This shows a complete lack of respect for the mother tongue.
