The Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Oralov has been reappointed to his position, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
In the decree of the head of state regarding the appointment of the new composition of the government:
Askhat Razdykuly Oralov should be appointed as the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Askhat Oralov was born on February 10, 1990 in Pavlodar region
He graduated from Gumilev Eurasian National University, Moscow State University of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
He started his career in 2011 . He started as the chief specialist of the department of work with youth organizations of the Department of Social and Educational Work of Gumilev Eurasian National University.
During these years, he worked in the branch of the "Nur Otan" party, in the Department of Youth Policy of the city of Astana, in the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the Ministry of Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2019, he became the deputy akim of Pavlodar region.
Since July 2020, he has served as the Vice Minister of Information and Social Development.
Askhat Oralov, who was the executive secretary of the "Amanat" party, was first appointed as the Minister of Culture and Sports on January 4 of this year.
