Family institution, ensuring gender equality is becoming a very important priority of state policy. This was announced by Shymkent mayor Murat Aitenov at the opening of the 1st Kazakh young women's forum SEN in Shymkent.
The purpose of the forum, organized with the support of the city administration, is to encourage young women to achieve success in life. Forum organizers "Believe in yourself, believe in your family, believe in your country - you can do anything!" aims to convey the idea to young people.
