The General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan has sent an inquiry to the Russian institution for the purpose of extradition of Maksim Yakovchenko, a citizen of Kazakhstan, accused of inciting separatism and inter-ethnic enmity. This was announced by "My City" portal, "Adyrna" national portal reported.
