The 142nd regular meeting of the Kazakhstan-Russia Joint Commission on the demarcation of the border took place, reports the “Adyrna” national portal.
During the meeting on October 4, the parties approved draft documents concerning the demarcation of specific sections of the border between Kazakhstan and Russia.
Additionally, issues related to marking the state border line were discussed, and the results of this year’s fieldwork were reviewed.
The next meeting is scheduled to take place in Kazakhstan in October-November 2024.
It is worth noting that on August 26, Russia and Kazakhstan discussed the issue of border demarcation in certain regions.
