Airports in Iran have resumed operations, reports the «Adyrna» national portal.

According to Jafar Yazarlu, a representative of Iran's Civil Aviation Organization, Iranian airports temporarily halted operations following a missile attack on Israel on Tuesday.

"After ensuring favorable and safe flying conditions and lifting the restrictions, airlines have been permitted to operate flights," said Jafar Yazarlu.

He advised passengers to check flight schedules and confirm travel plans before heading to the airport.

Earlier, Iranian authorities had announced that the country’s airspace would remain closed until Thursday morning.
