The number of people accused of forcing a 16-year-old girl to engage in prostitution in Kyzylorda has reached eight, the national portal "Adyrna" reports with reference to Stan.kz.
According to the data of the regional PD, the mentioned case is being investigated under Article 134, Part 3 of the Criminal Code "Inducing a minor to engage in prostitution with the collusion of a group of people".
"In addition, an investigation is underway on several charges within the framework of the criminal case, including the organization of prison, extortion, incitement to use drugs, torture, etc.،" the ministry said in its response.
Officials and employees of the police department of Kyzylorda region were severely reprimanded during the official investigation on inducing a 16-year-old girl to engage in prostitution.
