The President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev met with the head of European diplomacy Josep Borrell, reports the national portal "Adyrna" referring to the press service of Akorda.
"The Head of State Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev met with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, the Vice-President of the European Commission Josep Borrell," said the message issued on Thursday.
As noted, during the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the prospects for the development of cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Union.
"There was an exchange of views on current issues on the international agenda, as well as regional cooperation of Central Asian countries," Akorda added.
