Moscow is preparing to block YouTube video hosting in Russia by the end of 2023. Technical assistance will be provided by Chinese specialists. "Octagon" site wrote about it, "Adyrna" reporter reported.
According to journalists, 41 technical specialists from China visited Russia. They are currently working on a plan to block the service.
It should be noted that YouTube has not been opened in China since 2009. In addition, many Western Internet services and social networks are blocked in this country.
