Today at Nazarbayev International Airport in the capital, a ceremonial opening of a direct flight between the capitals of Kazakhstan and Turkey took place. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, writes the national portal "Adyrna".
"The flights between Astana and Ankara will be carried out on B-737 aircraft with a frequency of 2 flights per week. The carrier is AnadoluJet, a subsidiary of Turkish Airlines. 140 passengers arrived and 157 departed on the first flights." - said in the official message.
The opening of this flight is expected to have a positive effect on the development of trade, tourism and business between Kazakhstan and Turkey.
