Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhandos Omiraliyev made an appeal on social networks regarding the invitation of the organization banned by the court to hold illegal rallies on November 20, 2022, to participate and to commit other illegal actions, "Adyrna" correspondent reported.
"According to national and international law, any activity of such organizations promoting terrorism or violent extremism is prohibited.
The Law "On the procedure for organizing and conducting peaceful assemblies, rallies, marches, pickets and demonstrations in the Republic of Kazakhstan" prohibits them from organizing such actions. If the actions are aimed at harming the security of the state, committing other criminal acts, they are not allowed. "Law enforcement agencies will take legal measures against people who violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and prevent any violations," he said.
It should be noted that the General Prosecutor's Office warns citizens in advance not to follow the provocations of organizations banned by the court and the people behind them, to refuse to participate in their illegal activities and to observe the law.
