BI Group has sent 200 of its employees on a vacation to France, reports an Adyrna correspondent.
According to Aydin Rakhimbaev, Chairman of the Board of Directors, this initiative has been carried out by the company for the past eight years.
“We give free trips to France to all employees who have worked at the company for more than 10 years. Both ordinary workers, engineers, and top managers go on this trip. For example, Gulbarshyn and Zhanna are traveling abroad for the first time. They work as simple house managers — they maintain cleanliness in the courtyards and entrances and respond in the neighborhood chat. Along with 200 BI employees, they visited the Eiffel Tower, saw the Mona Lisa in the Louvre, toured Montmartre, Versailles, and other historical sites. I’m genuinely happy for my team,” he said.
The company leader emphasized that the trip is organized as a way to recognize and appreciate employees’ hard work.
“I know how strong each of them is and how much they truly deserve this,” added Aydin Rakhimbaev.
