In the city of Talgar, Almaty region, personnel from the National Guard military unit have been deployed to monitor public order and stability, reports “Adyrna.”
“The events being held are aimed at ensuring security and maintaining public order. We ask citizens to understand the duties of the military personnel,” the statement reads.
As a reminder, on the night of October 4, 16-year-old Sherzat Bolat was murdered. Seven suspects have been detained in connection with the teenager’s death. Additionally, on the night of October 12, the victim’s house was set on fire. The police have opened a criminal case regarding the deliberate destruction of property.
