The Minister of Agriculture Yerbol Karashukeev answered the question of how the daughter of the former governor of East Kazakhstan region Danial Akhmetov received the subsidy from the state, reports the correspondent of "Adyrna".
At the government meeting, journalists asked the head of the Ministry of Agriculture how Akhmetov's daughter's agricultural company received a subsidy for business development.
"Danial Kenzhetayuly's daughter is related to the subsidy. She is the only private entrepreneur in Pavlodar region who received the subsidy. How did she get the subsidy?" - asked the journalists.
"51 thousand (entrepreneurs. - Note) are registered in the state stomatology system. All producers of agricultural goods show their land, whether they have livestock, no one asks who your father or mother is. The system looks objectively: if there are grounds, they will be paid for these grounds, if there is no money - they will be put in a queue, this is a novelty of our system. 120 billion subsidies have been paid, tens of thousands of people have received them," answered the head of the Ministry of Agriculture.
"So, Danial Akhmetov's daughter is one of those who need subsidies? Do you think this is normal as a minister?" - said the journalists.
"As a minister, I should not divide the producers of agricultural goods: who is their father, who is their mother, what is their situation. We have laws and regulations, we have requirements. After all, we live in a legal state. Let's start the conversation about who is the parent. ... this is chaos. The most important thing is whether there was a legal basis or not," said the minister.
Journalists asked the minister to check whether there are legal grounds.
