Due to the strong wind in Pavlodar region, electricity went out in 21 villages. The exact number of subscribers without electricity is unknown. This was announced by the regional emergency department, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to information, 22 people and 5 units of equipment were mobilized to eliminate the consequences of the accident. The wind speed reached 27 meters per second.
"On March 8, at 04:15 in the village of Zhanatilek, the roof of the school named after B. Khaidarov partially blew off," the report says.
And in Pavlodar, a 4-story administrative building was left without a roof.
"The roof with an area of 1,440 square meters has completely blown off. The building was built in 1980, the last repair was carried out last year," - added representatives of the department.
There are no casualties in the area. Residents posted a video of the wind damage on social networks.
