Azerbaijan accuses Armenia of grossly violating the Karabakh agreement, the national portal "Adyrna" reports.
"The bloody conflict on August 3 proves once and for all that Armenia grossly violated the Karabakh agreement. This conflict violated the tripartite agreement and interstate order. The responsibility for the bloody conflict that took place on the territory of Azerbaijan rests with the political and military authorities of Armenia. Armenia didn't fulfill the agreement and withdraw its troops from our legal territory." said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
