Almaty Region Governor Marat Sultangaziev stated that the family of the late Sherzat Bolat declined the temporary housing offered by the local administration, reports “Adyrna” national portal. The governor held an emergency meeting related to the fire in Azat village, Yenbekshikazakh district, and the tragic incident in Talgar district.
“We will do everything possible to support the family of the deceased. The situation is under control, and all law enforcement agencies are working in enhanced mode. Urgent measures must be taken to ensure legality, and all those responsible will be held accountable,” said Sultangaziev.
The governor also instructed officials to fully restore the burned house and provide material and psychological support to the family. The family declined the offered help as they already had their own home.
