During the meeting, topical issues related to further promotion of multilateral partnership between the two countries were discussed.
Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev noted the alliance and strategic relations between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan and drew attention to the importance of establishing close ties between the administrations of the presidents of the two countries in order to increase the effectiveness of the high-level political dialogue.
At the meeting, special attention was paid to strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation in the fields of informational-ideological, cultural-humanitarian, educational and youth policy.
The President expressed his support for holding the international intellectual game "Zakovat" in Astana and noted that such events bring our peoples closer together.
