Permanent representative of Kazakhstan to the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Marat Syzdykov, heads the permanent council of the organization. This was announced by the press service of the NSSO, the national portal "Adyrna" reports.
This year, the chairmanship of the organization passed to Kazakhstan.
"The first meeting of the Standing Council of the CSTO in 2024 has begun. Marat Syzdykov, the permanent representative of Kazakhstan to the CSTO, took over the chairmanship due to the transfer of the chairmanship of the organization from Belarus to Kazakhstan.
It should be noted that Marat Syzdykov was born on April 27, 1966 in Shchuchye, Akmola region.
