This indicator was created by analyzing notifications about changing sports citizenship, open data about participants of the competition, as well as lists of sports federations," the report said.
Six-time bronze medalist of the World Figure Skating Championship Elizaveta Golubeva and Russian champion Kristina Silaeva are among those who applied to join the national team of Kazakhstan.
