According to the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Smayilov A.Askhanuly was elected as the chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna".
This position was previously held by John Dudas. He will remain in the Board of Directors as an independent director of the Fund," the official message says.
