President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev’s press secretary, Ruslan Zheldibai, will also serve as the Director of the International Judo Federation’s (IJF) Commission on New Technologies and Efficiency Improvement. He announced this on his social media page, according to Adyrna.
“A lot of work has already been done to develop judo in our country. However, there are still many issues. In order to further promote judo, we need a dedicated academy and regional centers. We will also strengthen international cooperation. I will do my best to contribute to this cause,” he said.
It is worth noting that the Judo Federation of Kazakhstan is chaired by Presidential Advisor Kuanishbek Yessekeyev.
