On TikTok, blogger Alisher Temenov, who compared the revered poet Mukagali Makataev to a “unworthy man,” has posted a video apologizing. In the recorded video, the young man can be seen asking for forgiveness at the poet’s monument, as reported by “Adyrna” correspondent.

In one of his videos, he referred to Mukagali Makataev as a “unworthy man” who constantly complains about his life. He said, “Today is my birthday, oh my, why aren’t these people celebrating?” He continued, “Hey, you should celebrate your birthday first. Then we’ll come. I would throw a banquet myself, but God hasn’t given me the means.” He questioned, “What does God have to do with it? Is the spread of your table on your birthday related to God? You do it yourself! You are a man, why are you sitting here? You defend your homeland—you’re a man; you protect your family—you’re a man. If you are waiting for the government to give you a house, then you are not a man.”

Later, the man’s apology video was shared on social media. However, readers expressed their anger and complaints about the blogger’s statements.

Additionally, a video circulated online showing him bowing his head and asking for forgiveness at Mukagali Makataev’s monument. “I am standing here in front of Mukagali’s house, hoping that the spirits forgive me for the big mischief I committed before the people of Kazakhstan. I apologize to all Kazakhs for my significant mistake,” said blogger Alisher Temenov.
