TasteAtlas has announced the ranking of the top 100 sausages in the world. The Kazakh national dish is ranked 81st, reports the national portal "Adyrna".
"Kazy is a Kazakh sausage made from horse meat, which is also prepared in other countries of Central Asia, such as Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Traditionally, sausage is made from rib meat and fat.
