Russian President Vladimir Putin made his first foreign trip since he was wanted by the International Criminal Court. He came to Kyrgyzstan, held talks with the head of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, and took part in the celebrations for the 20th anniversary of the Russian airbase in Kant.
