Residents of the city of Kulsary gathered again in front of the administration building, the national portal "Adyrna" reported referring to "Azattyk" radio.
According to the media, the gathering is discussing the issue of compensation.
"Currently, a meeting of residents of Kulsary city is taking place in front of the building on the issue of compensation for flood victims," reported the emergency headquarters for Atyrau region.
