In order to protect the sky of St. Petersburg from unknown winged ships flying in the blue sky, a type of alarm called "Carpet" was introduced. Now, no plane is seen taking off and landing at the Pulkovo airport of the city, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to "78.ru", "Carpet" is a type of alarm that requires all aircraft to immediately land on the ground or be taken out of the designated area. This type of alarm is issued only in exceptional and emergency situations, when illegal crossing of the border or sighting of unidentified flying objects.
