"Three independent sources informed Orda.kz that the skull of Kenesary Khan was found in accordance with the accompanying documents and it would be returned to Kazakhstan after genetic examination", Adyrna correspondent reported.

The skull of the last Kazakh khan Kenesary was found in one of the museums in Omsk. Its authenticity is confirmed by documents, in particular, the passport of the exhibit. However, researchers note the importance of ongoing genetic testing. If it is completed and the result is positive, the historic achievement will be officially announced. That is, the last and decisive word is said by geneticists. Experts' analysis confirms that the skull found in one of the museums really belongs to the last khan of the Kazakh Khanate, the grandson of Abylay khan Kenesary Kasymuly.

It's worth noting that the khan's skull has been searched for several years at the request of many public organizations.
