The head of the Nikolaev regional administration, Vitaly Kim, confirmed that a powerful explosion had taken place in Nikolaev. One person was injured. Kim said it could be a Russian missile that broke through the air defenses, according to the national portal Adyrna.
"Currently, a security guard was injured in a big explosion from broken glass. Did we know that the air defense system worked or flew away ..." he wrote on the Telegram page.
