Kairat Satybaldy did not attend the meeting of Kazakhtelecom shareholders - the meeting did not take place, the national portal "Adyrna" reports.
According to the documents of the LRB Luxembourg list, the meeting of shareholders of Kaztelecom was not held today due to the absence of Kairat Satybaldy, the sole founder of Skyline Investment Company S. A., which owns more than 24% of Kazakhtelecom shares.
For this reason, due to the absence of shareholder Nurali Aliyev, Transtelecom JSC will not be able to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
This is due to the lack of a quorum ("sufficient number of members to recognize the meeting as legitimate").
