Mayor of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov held an emergency headquarters meeting in the city of Arkalyk on measures against floods in the regions where a state of emergency had been declared.
Provision of social assistance, restoration of flood consequences, in particular communication, electricity, road transport, telephony, sanitary-epidemiological situation and other issues were considered.
