"The position of the Russian language in Kazakhstan has not deteriorated. I'm sure of it. As for the number of Russian-language schools, they remain the same. We understand that it will be very difficult for Kazakhs geographically without the Russian language. I have already said that we have the longest border with Russia. We are neighbors by God's decision. Kazakhs must be fluent in Russian. But they also need to know their native language, ”he said.
