It became known that a strong storm hit Aktobe region and damaged dozens of houses, repored the national portal "Adyrna" with reference to the "My City" publication.
The incident took place on August 9 in the village of Kosembai, Oyil district. The strong wind knocked down poles of electric lines, fences, and blew the roofs of houses and buildings.
"It can be said that the village has come to life. Cows bellowed, sheep bleated... Cattle fled to the field. Pillars fell and the village fell into deep darkness. Most importantly, people are alive. "After the wind died down, people went out to the streets and took out the cattle that were under the fallen roofs," residents said.
The administration of Aktobe region reported that the roofs of 51 buildings, including 35 houses, were damaged due to strong winds in the village of Kosembay of Kayindy rural district.
