Akmola region has firmly established its status as an agrarian-industrial region. Along with agriculture, the industrial sector is developing rapidly.
Over the first 4 months of the current year, the region produced about 80 grain harvesters, 125 units of specialized vehicles: fire trucks, military technical assistance vehicles. As well as more than 600 tractors, about 180 trucks.
One of the major manufacturers of agricultural machinery is Eurasia Group Kazakhstan LLP in Kokshetau. The project to build the largest John Deere dealer service center in the CIS with a spare parts warehouse, a capital repair center for agricultural machinery with a classroom and an aggregate workshop, a training center for digitalization and automation of processes in agriculture, zero technologies, irrigation and vegetable growing, indoor and outdoor exhibition areas for equipment was implemented within the framework of the State Program for Industrial and Innovative Development with the participation of a foreign investor in 2021. The service center also includes a test drive area for machines, an area for used equipment and an open customs warehouse.
