In his telegram to Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev said that he received the news about the victims of the terrible terrorist attack in Istanbul with deep depression.- In such a difficult moment, I sincerely share the grief of our fellow Turkish citizens, I express my condolences to you and the families who lost their loved ones on behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and myself, - the telegram informs. The President wished the souls of the dead to rest in heaven and the injured to recover quickly.
