Bakhytzhan Zhailaubaev has been appointed as the head of the Public Development Department of the Ulytau Region, reports Adyrna.
He was born on January 21, 1984, and graduated from Zhezkazgan University named after Ö. Baikonurov with a degree in law.
Throughout his career, he has held the following positions:
• Director of the Satbayev City Cultural and Recreational Center;
• Head of the Internal Policy Department of Satbayev City;
• Head of the Analysis and Planning Department of the Civil Society Affairs Committee at the Ministry of Information and Public Development;
• Head of the Digitalization and Informatization Department at the Ministry of Energy.
Since the establishment of the Ulytau Region, he has served as the Deputy Mayor of Zhezkazgan City for social issues until now.
