The President of Kazakhstan’s National Olympic Committee, Gennady Golovkin, has invited his former American coach, Christopher Camacho, reports the “Adyrna” national portal.
According to the NOC press service, this move is part of preparations for Kazakhstan’s men’s boxing team ahead of the Asian Championships in Amman. The national boxers will compete in the ring from November 30 to December 12 in Jordan.
“Christopher Camacho will join the team and assist Kazakhstan’s coaching staff in preparing the boxers for the continental championship,” the statement reads.
