A video has been shared on social media showing animals fleeing and suffering due to wildfires in the Karkaraly district of the Karaganda region. The post suggests that livestock may be dying, reports the national portal “Adyrna.”

The Karkaraly district administration stated that no reports of livestock losses have been recorded. All necessary measures are being taken to extinguish the wildfire.

According to 24.kz, there is no information on livestock losses.

An operational headquarters has been established in Terikti village with the participation of the Vice Minister of Emergency Situations. “All efforts are being made to eliminate the fire. Resources are sufficient, and fuel supplies are fully ensured. Food and water are being delivered to the rescuers. Currently, there is no information on livestock losses, but we remain in contact with all farmers,” reported spokesperson Adilzhan Arginov.

It should be noted that the wildfires in the Karkaraly district of the Karaganda region and the Bayanaul Nature Park in the Pavlodar region have already spread over 45,000 hectares.
