In Atyrau, a seven-year-old girl was crushed by a monument in the Victory Park, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"On June 26, around 00:40, a monument fell on a girl born in 2017 on the square of Victory Park in Atyrau. As a result of her injuries, the girl died in the regional children's hospital," answered the press service of the Atyrau Police Department.
Investigations are currently underway. Forensic examination was appointed.
According to local media reports, the boy was with his family that evening and it was raining heavily outside.
