A woman who published a post on the Facebook social network saying that the school principal was suppressing corruption and he was not fit to be the head, answered before the court, the reporter of "Adyrna" reported with reference to otyrar.kz.

An administrative offense case provided for in the defamation article was considered in Tulkibas district court. At the court session, the offender admitted her guilt and apologized for her actions.

The headmaster of the victim school fully supported the reason stated in the administrative protocol. That is, the information published through the Facebook network harms honor and dignity, the information is untrue, and asked to bring the offender to administrative responsibility.

According to the court decision, the offender was found guilty under Article 73-3, Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and an administrative fine of 465,192 tenge was imposed on him.

"The court took into account the fact that the offender sincerely expressed remorse, apologized to the victim and the court, was a young family, and was pregnant. According to part 2 of Article 829-11 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the amount of the imposed administrative fine has been reduced by 30%. In fact, the amount of the fine stipulated in the mentioned article is 180 MEC, i.e. 664,560 tenge," the regional court said.
