25 people were injured as a result of a traffic accident in Zhambyl region, in which several vehicles collided, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"On January 31, at 10:47 a.m., near the village of Nurlykent, Zhualy district, 26 vehicles (four passenger buses, four trucks and there was a traffic accident with the participation of cars). There were no casualties as a result of the incident. 25 people were taken to the central district hospital of the village of B. Momyshuly," the press service of the Zhambyl Region Police Department (PD) reported.
Based on the data, four of the 25 injured people are in intensive care, including children.
"The Taraz highway between km 593-534 is closed in both directions. Police officers are working at the scene, the details of the incident are being determined. PD of Zhambyl region reminds drivers to strictly follow traffic rules, especially in bad weather ", - added the police officers.
