The Russian armed forces mentioned the explosion at the checkpoint on the border of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. A video of a big explosion near the "Three Sisters" monument was published on social networks and media channels.
According to them, the road in the area of the monument was dug up to prevent the penetration of subversive-intelligence groups of Ukraine, and "ashes flew into the sky".
