The Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration - the Press Secretary of the President Ruslan Zeldibay expressed his opinion about Kazakhstan's attitude towards the allied states, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.
According to him, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev made a number of statements at the II Eurasian Economic Forum held in Moscow.
"Integration within EAEU should be only economic in nature. This is the main position of the President. Going beyond it contradicts the goals, principles and tasks of the organization's charter documents.
As the President noted, economic integration is not the ultimate goal, it is one of the main means of economic development and increasing the well-being of our people. That is, any decision made within the organization should benefit each of its members and, first of all, their citizens," said Ruslan Zeldibay.
