A local resident riding a camel to the election in Taldykorgan attracted the attention of the people. This was announced by the press service of the akim of Zhetysu region, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to information, Ulan Baizakov from Talikorgan came in the morning and was the first to vote for his candidate.
Every weekend or holiday, a guy who takes children and adults for a ride on a camel came to the polls riding a camel, playing a story and thinking.
"On weekends, I take my camel to the central parks. It's a pleasure to see the children who are happy to ride on it. I spend the money I earn from this service on fodder and medicine for the camel. I came early and voted in today's election, because I have a lot of work to do with my camel farm all day. ", - says Ulan Baizakov.
It should be noted that special elections of Majilis and Maslikhat deputies are taking place in Kazakhstan. This year, parliamentary elections will be held for the first time under a mixed system. 69 deputies of Majlis are elected according to the party list, 29 of them are elected according to single-mandate constituencies.
