The Law on the Elbasy has been repealed. This was reported by the press service of Akorda, the national portal "Adyrna" wrote.
"The head of the state signed the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the repeal of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy", the message reads.
