The average salary within the scope of social security exceeds 100,000 tenge. There are jobs. But more than 60 percent of able-bodied citizens who receive special social assistance have low living conditions. Also measures to support young people are not effective. Work with young people is no more than holding mass events. Meanwhile, the unemployment rate among young people in Astana is very high, it ranks second in the republic. Starting this year, citizens under the age of 35 will be included in the category of youth. Accordingly, their number will increase.
