The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev visited the apartment of a resident of Rudny to check whether heat has been restored to residential buildings in the city of Rudny and to see the reality of the situation with his own eyes, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
