The meeting, chaired by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, was attended by Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov, Head of the Presidential Administration Murat Nurtileu, members of the Government and the management of Samruk-Kazyna JSC. This was reported by Akorda, Adyrna correspondent reported.
The meeting addressed a wide range of issues of trade, economic and investment cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia, the integration of border regions.
At the end of the meeting, the President gave a number of specific instructions. In particular, in accordance with the legislation of Kazakhstan and taking into account the geo-economic situation, the Government was tasked to resolve outstanding issues of bilateral cooperation.
