Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Aida Balayeva reported on her Facebook page that the world-class cartoons for children "TiJi" and "Nickelodeon" were translated into Kazakh, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
“Last year we launched a project to make Kazakh-language products of the world's children's channels. As a result, an agreement was reached with TiJi and Nickelodeon, and to date, 670 hours of cartoons from both channels have been translated into Kazakh.
On the TiJi channel, the cartoon can be translated into Kazakh by selecting the language in the menu, while Nickelodeon has launched a separate HD channel that broadcasts only in Kazakh.
In today's world of the Internet, there is no limit to the information space. Cartoons on the Internet have become a key tool in shaping children's language. Now I have a grandson. That's why this issue is very important for me as a parent.
Now it is necessary to ensure the utilization of this created world. The main hope for this is the parents. Of course, the child is primarily interested in the content of the animation. Quickly accepts any language by watching a cartoon. Therefore, I am sure that this will be the most effective way to teach children the Kazakh language.
In this regard, we adults need to tell children that there are cartoons in the Kazakh language.
