The issues of improving the quality of higher education were considered at a meeting of the Government chaired by Prime Minister Askar Mamin, Adyrna reports.
The Prime Minister noted that a lot of systematic work is being done to develop higher education. At the legislative level, universities are given academic and managerial independence.
